Calls multiple times a day

they speak a forign language...I cant understand them...and I wish they would stop...

Some one from this number has called twice and when I answer, they hang up. I tried to call it back and no one answered. I wish they would stop calling my number.

The Company claims to be Federal Restitution Services.

Called pretending that we had spoken a few months ago and that, had I taken his advice and bought some stock or such with the name Hong Kong something, I would now be filthy rich. He tried to sound really busy and say he understood if I didn't remember because he had called so long ago. I told him I knew he was lying to me, and he got very agitated and said he was tearing up my file.

Have the wrong number and do not even know how they got my number. Need to stop calling me.

CALLER CALLS ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE OR WHY THEY ARE CALLING. WHEN I TRY TO CALL BACK, IT IS ALWAYS BUSY!

They finally quit calling after i threatened them with calling the law on them

I got a voicemail from a guy who went by the name of Paul Williams, though he spoke with a heavy foreign accent (sounding like from India) saying he works for a fraud dept. and there is a lawsuit against me for a payday loan that I never paid back, and it was urgent that I returned the call the minute I got the message. I never took out any payday loans. When I played the voicemail, it was very noisy in the background. Sounds like a scam to me.

Are they who they say they are? "Hi we're calling from visa about the free magazines we were going to send you, we need your visa card number...etc." I hung up.
